  1. We maintain valid qualifications for furniture sales and cross‑border import‑export. All store activities comply with Shopify platform rules and consumer‑protection laws applicable to our customers’ countries or regions. All product images, videos, descriptions, specifications and page content are original or used under legal authorization and protected by intellectual‑property laws. Unauthorized copying, piracy, alteration or commercial reuse is prohibited. We reserve all rights to pursue legal remedies for any infringement.
  2. Product Safety & Compliance All furniture items sold have passed quality, safety and environmental testing and meet relevant industry and cross‑border export standards. Material, size, load‑bearing and feature information shown on product pages is truthful and accurate. Counterfeit, infringing or non‑compliant goods are not offered for sale. Slight colour shifts, minor measurement deviations and natural wood‑grain variations caused by display screens, lighting and material characteristics are normal and do not count as quality defects.
  3. Transaction, Pricing & Payment All prices, shipping fees, taxes and promotional terms are clearly displayed on‑site with no hidden charges. All payments are processed through official Shopify payment channels. By submitting and paying for an order, customers accept this Legal Statement together with our store’s transaction and after‑sales policies. Malicious ordering, fake transactions, benefit arbitrage and mass abusive refund attempts are forbidden. We reserve the right to cancel orders, refuse shipment and pursue legal action for such behaviour.
  4. Logistics, Customs & Force‑Majeure Disclaimer We provide international cross‑border logistics. Delivery times and risks follow the terms of our logistics providers. Minor scratches, surface abrasion or package damage may occur during long‑distance transit for large‑size furniture. We will assist customers with logistics‑claim support and reasonable after‑sales solutions, without unlimited full‑compensation obligations. Customs duties, clearance charges and local taxes are borne by the party specified on the order page. We are not liable for delays, returns, damage or loss resulting from customs policy changes, inspection rules, import restrictions, customer refusal, incorrect addresses or unclaimed parcels. We shall not be responsible for contract‑related losses caused by force‑majeure events including natural disasters, extreme weather, logistics suspension, regulatory adjustments, strikes, wars, public‑health emergencies and supply‑chain disruptions. Affected orders may qualify for refund, reshipment or delivery rescheduling at our discretion.
  5. After‑Sales & Return Terms We respect the EU 14‑day withdrawal right, US FTC regulations and applicable local consumer‑protection laws. For returns not caused by product defects, all round‑trip shipping, customs, handling and warehousing costs shall be paid by the buyer. Items that have been installed, used, manually damaged, privately modified or repaired without our approval, as well as orders past the valid after‑sales window, are not eligible for return or exchange. For confirmed quality defects, our total compensation shall not exceed the actual amount paid for the order; we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages. Once production has started, custom‑made furniture cannot be cancelled or returned unless a manufacturing defect exists.
  6. Privacy & Data Protection We comply with GDPR, CCPA and applicable global data‑protection rules. Personal data collected at checkout (name, shipping address, contact details, order records) is used only for order fulfilment, delivery and customer support. We will never sell, leak or unlawfully share private customer information. Customers located in the EU or California may exercise rights to access, correct, erase, restrict processing, data portability and withdraw consent by contacting our store. We share necessary order data only with Shopify, authorised logistics and payment partners bound by data‑protection obligations.
  7. Liability Limitation, Policy Revision & Dispute Resolution To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the total sum actually paid by the customer for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. We reserve the right to revise this Legal Statement, return policy, shipping policy and privacy policy at any time. Revised terms take effect immediately upon posting on our store website. Continued browsing and ordering means acceptance of the updated provisions. Any dispute shall first be resolved by good‑faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts or arbitration bodies at the location of our operating entity and governed by the laws of that jurisdiction.
